Stand Reservations/Payments:

1. To make a solid booking the total payment must be received no later than 6 weeks before the Fair.
2. Please book early as we operate a first come first served system to retain the mix of stands and this operates on receipt of payments only.
3. The fee per stand stated includes IVA (VAT) at 16%
4. Payments can be made in the following ways:
   • Any Exhibitors - Online - Paypal & Credit/Debit Cards through Paypal. Also see 'How To Book'.  
   • Spanish Exhibitors – Spanish cheques only or cash by registered post, please email us for details. 
   • Spanish Exhibitors – Transfer to a Spanish Bank Account, please email for details. 
   • UK Exhibitors – Transfer to a Spanish Bank Account, please email for details.

Cancellations:

1. All cancellations must be by telephone or Email to give maximum notice.
2. Cancellations by MBS Spain - full refund is given.
3. Cancellation by Exhibitor - if the cancellation is more than six weeks before the event, any monies paid will be returned in full. If it is within the last six weeks, the full stand fee is non refundable.

Stand Content & Activities:

1. Bookings are accepted on the basis of the description of products and services provided by you or as agreed by us.
2. Please make sure you book enough space as we cannot guarantee extra space next to you on the day.
3. If you are bringing a treatment table, please contact us to arrange this as we need to allocate space.
4. Only one reader is permitted per stand, unless by prior agreement.
5. Candles may be used at venues but when leaving the stand, even for a few minutes, must be extinguished. We do not accept any responsibility for any injury you may sustain should you light candles.
6. Subletting or sharing of stands is only permitted with prior agreement.
7. All exhibitors should act with consideration for others – their fellow exhibitors, the visitors, staff at the venue and us. Please insure activities on your stand such as music or incense burning are not an intrusion to others.
8. No exhibitor can promote any other business by placing photographs, flyers or business cards on their stand as this is unfair to similar businesses that have paid to take part in the Fair.
9. While every effort is made regarding overnight security, including the choosing of venues with alarms and good security, no responsibility is accepted by us or the venue for exhibitors stock during the day or if you decide to leave your stock overnight.

Setting Up/Dismantling:

1. Exhibitor access for the setting up of stands is announced for each show individually by Email & online. 
2. All exhibitors must be set up before the opening of the Fair, please allow enough time.  
3. After unloading, please move your vehicle away from any fire exits, waiting areas, pick up/drop off points etc.
4. Tables & Chairs are supplied in the price of your stand. You may wish to bring covers, sheets, decorations etc for your stand. 
5. Dismantling of your stand is not permitted until the Fair has finished, as this can have an unsettling effect on the public and other exhibitors. If you need to leave the Fair early please contact us to discuss this.
6. All litter must be taken home with you.  

Talks, Demonstrations & Workshops:

1. All talks, demonstrations and workshops are presented free of charge to the public. These provide a great opportunity for you to promote your business and activities. We see the talks as an important means of educating and informing the public, and thank in anticipation those of you who give your time to do so.
2. If you wish to present a talk/demonstration/workshop at any of the Fairs, please Email/Telephone us, with accompanying information. You will be contacted and offered slots in the programme.

Leaflets/Advertising:

1. There will be a designated area for leaflets.
2. Advertising is included in the price of your stand. This will include: Publication Advertising, Radio Advertising, Web Advertising and Advertising outside Venue & Leaflet Advertising (handed out on the days of the show).

Disclaimer:

MBS Spain will not be liable for any claims, losses or injuries from visitors, i.e members of the public through malpractice or negligence on the part of any Exhibitors during the MBS Fairs.

All Exhibitors will be given a copy of these Terms & Conditions the first time the Exhibit with MBS Spain.
